This is the perfect place to dine on a nice spring day out of doors across the street from one of the symbols of Center City living i-- Rittenhouse Square. Having anything from the menus will be a delight to the taste buds. Service, food, and a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. About as close you can be to get to experience a Real French Cafe in Paris. The best of places to see and be seen in Center City, Philadelphia. Starr does it again. Bravo.
